Our staff is comprised of accomplished experts of Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition and contract regulations, laws, practices, and processes. We have on staff former head of contracting offices, Directors of Contracts, senior military leaders, contract policy experts, cost and price analysts, and contracting officers. Kepler Research has renown experts with extensive experience in the DoD formal source selection process, the DoD Procurement Management Review (PMR) process, major weapon system cost analysis, and contract policy compliance reviews. We pride ourselves in attracting and retaining senior-level experts across the federal acquisition field.
