• Support sole source negotiations.

• Utilizing cost methodologies such as learning curve analysis, regression analysis, and forecasting methods.

• Develop dynamic price models that contain the contractor’s proposed pricing, the Government’s initial positions, and eventually the negotiated position.

• Develop Pre-Negotiation Price Negotiation Memorandum (PNM) – Business Clearance

• Perform cost realism/reasonableness analysis.
